And here is our post-Thanksgiving post.
Obviously, that which we are most thankful for this year is the presence of Jack in our lives.
While 2016 has been a very trying year in a national sense, we’ve had worse years on personal levels. We’re thankful for our health, having a roof over our heads, food in the cupboard, our dog Max, and the fried chicken dinner special at Dave’s Marketplace. We’re thankful for our friends and family. We’re thankful for all the good people in the world.
But most of all, we’re thankful for Jack. He’s the future, and all signs and portents suggest a good future.
So Happy Thanksgiving.
